Would 100% choose this house again
We had a wonderful stay at this home with our extended family. Super easy beach access and amazing views. Beautiful interior. Spacious and well-appointed kitchen to feed our large group. Very fast response to any issue we had during our stay.

We were welcomed with the sweetest gift for our twins who were celebrating their 5th birthday. All members of the realty team even signed their card. ? They called to check in on us and thankfully they called immediately after check out to inform us we had left behind personal items. ? recommend!
This home is delightful!
Our flight was so late but the check in was still so easy. They kept in touch with me as we were traveling to help us check in late. The home had everything we needed and is so beautiful. We had a problem with the coffee pot and they immediately brought a brand new one to us. And to be directly on the beach was so wonderful. All of my children and grandchildren had a great week. We were sad to have to leave this house!
We Will Be Back Again and Again!
The staff at Perdido Realty are absolutely amazing. We always vacation with them, but last visit, we had a short notice family emergency. The owner, Valerie, actually went out of her way and took care of us personally. Within minutes, she found a four bedroom townhouse that was perfect for our needs. It even involved coordinating with other agencies. You simply do not see this level of service and commitment to customer service in todays marketplace. This speaks volumes of management and staff at Perdido Realty. We will be back, again and again!!
We Will Definitely Be Back!
We rented a really nice condo in Beach Colony for several nights in October of 2023. Our unit was very clean and appointed with all items we needed for our trip. The beds were comfortable and views and balcony were amazing. We will definitely be back to Perdido Key and use Perdido Key Realty!

Valerie Hawkins is the best ever owner , and Miss Jean Wojnarowski is the best at booking your stay she is the backbone of Perdido Realty, also rest of staff are amazing, we have been dealing with Perdido Realty for the last 7 years of the 15 years we have wintered down here...
