My husband and I own a townhouse in Lost Key in Perdido Key, Florida. We live in Oklahoma and our townhouse is available to rent when we aren’t visiting Perdido Key. Because we live in Oklahoma, we needed to have a management company to market our townhome. Not long after we bought our place, we hired Perdido Realty.
