Great folks at the office, no issues. Condo was great. Only issue was tv was Roku and you couldn’t get plain old network tv on it. Nor any sports that were on network tv. That wasn’t the realty company’s fault but the condo owner’s fault the way they did their tv. Had to sign in and stream sports.

We generally rent a unit in Ocean Breeze West. This was our first time renting at another property. We loved the experience and know that any unit Perdido Realty has available would meet the same expectations of providing a pleasant and comfortable vacation experience.

The room was spacious & clean and comfortable. It seems to be a family oriented complex which was great with noise control. There were no rowdy or loud people staying at the complex during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals which during COVID restrictions is a great benefit. I did not notice an iron or ironing board but I did not need one so I didnt look very hard! There was also no blow dryer provided which luckily I brought my own.... I dont always! It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit so we could return home with very little dirty clothing! The location was great & the view from the balcony is breathtaking!
