Beautiful house in a perfect location! Close to so many of our favorite restaurants. Loved being right on the beach. Easy walk for the kids and for the adults that are pulling/carrying all the stuff. Everyone in our family loved the layout and decor of the house. Plenty of bedrooms. Great view from the deck for those that didn’t want to go to the beach. Lots of space to park. We will definitely stay again!

First let me say that the house was great. It is right on the beach, probably 150 yards to the water. The house was decorated very well, with all new beds. The two balconies are great for lounging or drinking coffee.Now there are a few negatives that I have. Be prepared that there might be a few things that don’t work. The elevator would only work a few times, we ended up having to carry all our things up. The microwave handle was broken and the dishwasher only have two wash setting that would work. With that being said, the management company did compensate us a little, however just be prepared if they are not fixed.I would suggest a boardwalk being installed from the main living floor to the beach. It would keep people off sand dunes.

We just returned from our week long stay at Summer Breeze in Gulf Shores. We were there with our family and extended family of 14. The weather all week was perfect! The place was amazing and perfect for us. All of the couples were able to have their own bedrooms with private bathrooms which is always a plus. The house is located on the beach so the short walk down to the ocean/beach was great, especially for my inlaws who are in their 80's. We loved that we could put up our tent each morning on the beach in front of the house and it was never crowded down in this area. The ice machine in the kitchen was an added bonus also. We have stayed at multiple places at multiple beaches, and as my sister in law put it, you can't put a price tag on staying directly on the beach! We felt like the price of the house being directly on the beach was worth what we paid. I also would like to mention that the times I called before our stay and the few times during our stay, the rental company was on top of things. We had a great week, and it went way too fast!
