Perfect Condo on a Perfect Beach

We loved this property. The condo was very well decorated, and the furniture was very comfortable. We needed more seating so we moved the chairs from the bedrooms into the living room so we could all sit comfortably at night watching movies. The only real issue we had was the dryer did not dry well at all. Took 3 times drying each load for it to be dry completely. Not just towels, clothes too. The master bed was very comfortable. Loved having an entrance to the balcony from the master bedroom. The balcony was not large, but very nice. Loved having some covered areas, some in sun. We were able to sit out during the rain and not get wet at all enjoying the view. The floor of 2nd bathroom shower was slippery to all of us, so we put a towel down on the bottom of the tub for safety. May not be an issue to everyone else, but was to us. It is a SHORT walk to beach. SUPER SHORT...and was great for those of us on up in years with not the best knees! If you visit Perdido we found the best restaurant..JELLYFISH. Go! It's great. We will definitely stay in this condo again if available during our travel times.

This unit was exceptional. Ceiling fan not working, and the water pressure was a little low.

One of the best vacations we've had in a long time. Our original property sold and we had to transfer to Sandy Key 831. The staff was very informative and stayed in constant communication with the switching of properties. Everyone at the office was so pleasant and genuinely made us feel like they appreciated out business. The Condo unit was perfect, updated and well stocked. We enjoyed eating outside most every meal we fixed. We loved that there was no hassle with the complex with parking or the elevators. There was still construction work going on to make repairs but the complex did a nice job of posting updates so you knew what to expect each day. We will be back and be using Perdido Realty again.
