The condo was clean. The view was awesome and the beach was not crowded. I would recommend this place.

Property was very clean. The view was really great. It was nice that the pool was heated because the ocean was pretty cold in March. Beds were very comfortable really had a great balcony, large enough for a table and chairs nice having coffee out there in the morning, listening to the ocean. we like cooking out so it was nice to have a barbecue pit area and the water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. we got to the realty company. The check in process was very proficient no hassles and in and out quickly.. what’s nice about the Perdido key area is very laid-back and not very commercialized which made for a great family atmosphere for us. but plenty of amenities around like grocery stores fast food restaurants within a short drive from the beach. And a couple other things the grounds and the building were kept up very nicely and very courteous to us by the staff there at the condo units.. I would highly recommend renting at these condo units in the future. Last note to who it may concern, it would be really nice if you got some high-voltage car chargers there at the facilities. there were other people there with electric vehicles, asking me about them also.

Awesome place to stay. Service dog friendly HOA and property management. Only snafu was the personnel on the beach weren’t versed on service dogs. But that was remedied thanks to the wonderful staff at Perdido Realty. We will be back again as other family members use this place annually.

Very good. The second bedroom closet was used for storage vacuum stool fan screen made it limited space for our things

Easy check in at office before arriving, condo was clean and plenty space to spread out for our family, and great location with views of the ocean and overlooking the pool. We would definitely book again!

Perfect. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. We preferred the soft colors and leather and wood furniture of this unit over the bright beachy decor in other units. Nice balcony. Gated, safe area. Comfortable beds and furnishings. This unit is close to the elevator and trash unit for convenience and the balcony overlooks the beautiful pool. And the view is spectacular!

I have stayed at Sandy Key 8-10 times, and I will continue to do so. The area is safe, clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. I feel like it's a home away from home.

We love staying at Sandy Key. We have stayed at a number of condos in the area, and Sandy Key is by far our favorite. The location, on a more quiet section of the beach, is perfect; and, the amenities suit our needs, especially the pools and grilling area.

Overall great. The furniture in this particular condo was really heavy and not beachy at all. BUT that certainly did not affect our stay at all! Wonderful week! Cant wait to return!
