A NOTE FROM THE OWNERS: We started visiting Sandy Key as renters back in 2012 and were so pleased with these condos and the location that we purchased 718 in the summer of 2019. We were specifically looking for a unit in Building 1. After missing out on three others (they sold within 48 hours), we were lucky enough to buy 718. . We did a complete remodel in early 2020, including a custom kitchen, baths, new furniture, and special touches you will not find in most vacation rentals. We use 718 for ourselves much of the year, so it is upscale and provides our special guests with extras not typically found in a rental. We enjoy sharing our beach home with others when we're not there and wish you a comfortable and memorable stay.

You will find Sandy Key and the Perdido Key area much quieter than many other properties in the area. The private white sand beach is much less congested than the high rises nearby. Conveniently, everything you need, from groceries and restaurants to fresh seafood, boat rentals, car wash, pharmacies, etc., is located less than a mile away. Gulf Islands National Seashore Park and Johnson's Beach are just steps away. Pensacola Naval Air Station (featuring the Naval Aviation Museum and the home of the Blue Angels) is only a 10-minute drive. And finally, the Perdido Realty Team does a great job of being responsive if any issue should arise during your stay.

Loved The Condo

I really love Sandy Key and both units I stayed in were great. Unit 718 was lovely as was 411 (I think that was the unit), I love building one and would hope to return, though without my son it would not be the same. This unit is beautiful. I loved everything about it and I would take the kitchen home with me if I could. Also, I thought the carpet in the bedrooms would be a negative, but it was so plush underfoot, and clean that I ended up liking it very much. Master bathroom is one of the nicest I have been in. The view is great also! Thank you Perdido Realty.
