The check-in/check-out process with Perdido Key Realty was speedy. This condo has keyless entry, which is very nice. The beds were comfy and there is plenty of seating in the living area. There are two extra dining chairs (for a total of 6) that aren't shown in the photos. The only minor complaint is that the cookware was well used and could stand to be replaced.

Check-in and out was a breeze, but nothing beat the sea breeze and view from the balcony. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient. Thanks to the owners and managers.

We've been staying here twice a year. We just love it here. Everything is very clean and everyone is very nice & helpful. See you next May. We been in a lot of different rooms. This is our favorite room. It has everything you need. Thank you for all your hard work. Everything is kept up. Gave a great week :) I hope we get this room in the beginning of next May.

Excellent beach condo
This is a perfect condo for a family looking to enjoy time at the beach. The condo is clean and well appointed with easy beach access. You are close to restaurants and grocery but off the main road which decreases traffic. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
