Sandy Key 425

We have been coming to Sandy Key for several years and until 425 was by far one of the nicest units we have stayed in! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for cooking and the entire unit was very updated! The view from the balcony was absolutely perfect! My only suggestion would be to look at updating the couch in the near future!

We usually stay in Destin and wanted something a little more laid back. Sandy Key was exactly that! The unit itself was beautiful and VERY clean! It had everything we needed. The biggest reccmmendation would be tto move to a KEYLESS system. Keeping track of keys with a family of 5 was a little challenging. We also wished there was access to beach items (chairs/umbrellas). We left a chair and umbrella for a future person. We are also used to a seperate icemaker but I think the water in Perdido Key is just kind of yucky (restaurants tasted off too). So we bought lots of ice and water. But overall we LOVED the complex and unit and would definitely return to this exact unit.

The condo was well maintained and in good repair. The color scheme was beautiful and very beach appropriate. The balcony offered a perfect view of the beach. Appliances were in excellent working order and kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. There were 2 wonderful swimming pools and 2 separate beach access points, one with steps and the other with a ramp. Location is close to restaurants and a Publix. Attractions such as The Wharf are a short drive. Perdido Realty sent text messages to make sure we were not experiencing any issues with our stay. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

My husband and I took our 4 girls ages ranging from 10-1 and everything was perfect! The condo was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, amount of linens provided were adequate, you name it! We loved the view of the beach and ocean as well as the pool from our condo! Check in and check out were smooth and we overall thoroughly enjoyed our vacation!

This was the first time two of our grand-children experienced the beach. It was an amazing magical moment for them. We are so thankful to be able to have this experience with our daughter and her family. Everyone at the property management company were super and addressed s every issue we had. They were all so accommodating and friendly. The condo was super clean. Super nice with a beautiful view. The grounds were lovely and well tended. We would definitely stay here again.
