Sandy Key 327

First time in Perdido Key but definitely won’t be the last. This condo was excellent. Super clean, and cozy. My little one loved it here. 10/10 A

Thank you for the fantastic 5-star rating! It was an absolute pleasure hosting you and your family. We hope your time on the beach created some wonderful memories, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for your next getaway!

Stay was great. We had everything we needed and loved that we never had to wait for elevators. Thank you!

Thank you for the kind review. We’re so glad the property had everything you needed and that you never had to wait for the elevators. We’d love to welcome you back!

It looked recently remodeled. It was well decorated and very nice. Very convenient to the pools and hot tub and the ocean was as close as one can get. We did experience some elevator problems. The first few days both elevators worked and there was no wait time. Then one or the other elevator would fail and the wait times increased, especially during checkout. I really think our favorite part is the porch looking at the beach and ocean. It just seemed like the ocean was right there. Very close. Perdido key is low key. Older couples or young couples with children. Less crowded than other parts of Florida. Alabama is only 8 miles away so Orange Beach, Gulf Shores is a short drive away. The little food truck near the condo has the best food. I think it was called the Deep Blue Food Truck. Great prices and great people and walking distance. There are a lot of preservation areas and trails and parks. Commercial development here is very well controlled. Just overall pleasant. Will definitely return.

Everything was as pictured. The check in and check out were very easy and quick. This was our first time to Perdido and we found the area very easy to get around. We liked this being a smaller condo unit and nearly everyone staying there was adults or families with kids, so no loud partiers. The beach was not overly crowded, which was nice. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved having coffee on the balcony every morning! Would definitely go back!

We had everything we needed and the owners left us little welcome packs that were a wonderful little touch! The short walk to the beach and pools were perfect! We all slept comfortably and everything was clean- the most important things to us! The view from the balcony was the perfect the place to drink our morning coffee. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

This Condo was perfection for our family. The kitchen was well stocked; We watched dolphins from our balcony with our morning coffee. The beach closet was a bonus. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for 70-degree weather. Perdido Realty checked up on us. We will be back!

Thank you for your review! Sandy Key is a beautiful resort with convenient beach access, and we are so happy that you enjoyed yourself while here in Perdido Key. Please come back and see us again soon! - Perdido Realty Vacations

Property was very nice, loved the 2 pools, not sure if it was by accident or intentional, but one pool was cold and the other very warm, loved that as i hate cold water. Beach was nice. Wished there was a nonstick skillet and some salt/oil, and a usable beach umbrella to use so didnt have to buy it all but that being said, very nice place and stay and communication from Perdido Realty was excellent. Nice quieter beach area away from all the stuff which i like.

Hello and thanks for the positive feedback! About the Pool, we will have to reach out to the HOA of Sandy Key. This is the first time we're hearing about the pools being at 2 different temperatures. Thanks for letting us know about the Pans, we'll have our Inspectors make sure they get replaced. About the beach chairs and umbrellas, it is up to the Owner of the unit whether or not they want to provide that for all their guests. We will suggest it to them for sure. Thanks again for staying with us and we'll see you on your next vacation! - Perdido Realty Vacations!

I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at the condo! The kitchen being well-stocked is always a plus. It sounds like the view of the pool and ocean was perfect for a relaxing getaway. - Perdido Realty Vacations Team

We really liked everything about this condo. The location is great. The beach access was easy and the views were spectacular. It was especially nice to sit in the balcony and view the storms on one rainy afternoon. They could provide some more basic amenities liked dish soap and handwashing soap. But over all, everything was great.

Our family loved staying here. A very nice condo at a great location that we felt very safe at. The management was very informative every step of the way. The beautifully decorated condo was very clean and stocked with everything as mentioned. Many of the appliances were newer and up to date. The property was well maintained and their employees were on top of keeping it that way while being very discreet. The painters working on the building and the a/c maintenance guy were friendly yet stayed out of our way to the best of their ability. We hope to get to come back here again on our next vacation.
