John was very helpful in troubleshooting our cable issues upon arrival. Was not pleased with the concrete grinding for 3 hours first thing in the morning. Loved the room.

Great location

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great trip. It was a good size for our family of four. Loved the beach. It was mostly empty every day until 11 AM. It never got too crowded. The pool was like bath water all week so we only used it twice.

Floor was very dirty. When we got there, I dropped water on the floor - put paper towel on it, and wiped it up. The paper towel was very dirty.

Spacious Sandy Key Perfection

This place was awesome! Everything about this unit exceeded our expectations, especially the size, location and cleanliness. It's on the 2nd floor in a low density building so it's a breeze to go in and outside to grab more sunscreen, snacks, drinks, etc. and it was easy to get to places for groceries, activities and dining. The unit itself was sparkling clean and very spacious. The view from our deck was gorgeous and felt like we were right on the beach. The white powder beach in front of the unit is wide and endless and the grounds are so clean too. Communication with our rental company was extraordinary. We truly loved staying here. Thank you.
