Far from the crowds, Perdido Towers is located on brilliant white beaches, nestled between the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the peaceful solitude of Old River. 500' of beachfront to enjoy from your balcony or a walk on the beach. Keypad entry to the buildings provides security, and units have private or semi-private access from the elevators. This unique, 1439 SF, 7th and 8th-floor townhouse is beautifully decorated with ceramic tile throughout the Living, Dining, and Kitchen. The bedrooms are on the second level with carpet. There is a convenient half bath on the entry-level.

A NOTE FROM THE OWNERS: Welcome to our slice of paradise! Our family has been vacationing in Perdido Key for 15 years, and we love our quiet beach. Following morning coffee on the balcony and a leisurely stroll on the beach, we feel the weight lifted. The sugar-white sand and ocean breezes have the power! We love to cook, so our kitchen has everything you'll need; with plenty of restaurants nearby, you don't have to cook. We especially LOVE the Oyster Bar, The Gulf, and Kaydens for dessert. We chose Perdido Towers for the fantastic beach views from the Living Room Balcony and Master Bedroom. There's something to be said waking up to a beachfront view! We booked a unit for our 30-year anniversary trip. Since we rarely are able to travel due to disabilities and other factors, we really needed things to go well. I must say that our expectations were surpassed. The unit was clean and beautiful, the views spectacular! It was obvious by the excellent condition of the building and the well-kept grounds that the property management team is top-notch. The employees at Perdido Realty were awesome. Everyone we met was incredibly kind and accommodating. We are definitely planning a return trip in the future!

Very comfortable and relaxing. Such a beautiful coast line and area. Loved the low key area. If a vacationer wanted hustle and bustle they could run over to Orange Beach or Pensacola, which we did not. We had everything we needed there in Perdido Key. Thank you Perdido Reality.
