Love the welcome kit of soaps, lotions, shampoos, etc. – great touch! Much nicer than the other rental companies. This is a lovely unit, well stocked, beautifully decorated.

We have stayed at Perdido Sun for several years in different units. We often book with only 4 weeks notice, so we look for 1 BR unit that has beach and side windows. Then we compare the daily charge with all the fees and make our selection. Early October is our favorite season. This year, your all-in price was better than you competitors and the unit was in the top 2-3 for attractiveness among all the units we have rented.

We loved our room; the ONLY negative was that it did not have a washer & dryer and there were very few places (hooks) to hang things up. We find it very beneficial if there are places to hang slightly wet things after a day at the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed the room and thought it was excellent.

My family and I had a great, relaxing time at this property! Clean, convenient location, amazing pools, access to the beach, and a gorgeous balcony view! Friendly and easy to work with owners too! Highly recommended!!

I loved this unit!!! Being able to sit out on the balcony and see and hear the gulf was amazing. The unit had everything that you could possibly need (except for a washer and dryer in the unit but we are fall renters and can utilize the laundry downstairs). The furnishings were very nice and we had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay.
