This was our first time to rent with Perdido Realty Perdido Sun is a very nice property The parking lot was mostly full but there was always a parking place. We didn’t wait long for an elevator. You must use a code to enter the building (made it feel secure) and there was someone working at the front desk during the day You had to wear a bracelet at the resort at all times The condo was clean and comfortable Great 7th floor view! We had one issue with the Keurig not working which necessitated a 7 am grocery store run for coffee/filters I reported it, but it was not replaced during our stay. Perdido Sun is across the street from several places to eat! Paul’s Pizza, The Jellyfish, The Islander. Very convenient! After hours check in at the Realty Co was quick and easy and we were required to return the keys back to the realty company at check out. Overall, a good experience with both Perdido Realty and Perdido Sun Resort

Absolutely beautiful property. Loved staying at Perdido Sun. Will need a larger unit next year, but would love to stay in same building again! Thanks so much. Loved how clean the condo was and loved that it was fully furnished. Called the office a couple of different times in hopes to stay longer and the ladies were always super friendly and helpful.

In a word, it was perfect! The weather was great, the property was top notch and the winter residents; aka Snowbirds, were very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. The indoor heated pool is a good asset during the winter months. This is about my 5th stay in this complex and I'm always happy with my choice. We've stayed at several others along Perdido Key and this one is at the top of our list.
