*Please note: Perdido Skye is undergoing a sealing and coating project starting Mid-November through May 2024, weather and work permitting. Parking and Traffic patterns in the parking area close to or nearby the building could be changed to avoid paint splatter from above. Loud Noise is expected during the day. Gulf Facing Balconies could be closed at times. AMENITIES ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THIS WORK AT THIS TIME.

Perdido Skye is a quiet, therapeutic place to share sun and fun with family and friends. This affordable condo is directly on the beach with amazing views from your sizeable beachfront balcony. Youth-size captains’ bunks built into the hallway allow extra sleeping for children. This 700 SF, 2nd-floor unit overlooks the large pool and has ceramic tile throughout.

Great accommodations and location …
Accommodations were as advertised and location was perfect. However, building was being repainted on the exterior and doors with frames were being replaced. Noisy jackhammers were used to free door frames. This was not listed in VRBO nor did the check in rep know about any construction. Just a small inconvenience but knowledge before would have been better.

The condo was nice we had a couple issues but they were solved very quickly We watched dolphins went to a lighthouse There was not much sun ? but we had fun a great place to stay We will be back

We love Perdido Skye because it is a smaller well maintained facility that has a beach area that is never crowded. We have always experienced a great and relaxing stay. Perdido Skye 25 is our favorite unit to stay in.

I havent had a vacation in 3 years. The unit was clean, cozy, gorgeous view, even came with beach chairs and lots of little things like buckets and pails for kids. View is amazing, pool was warm. We loved it!
