***Until mid May 2024, Ocean Breeze West will be in the final stages of improvements, including exterior painting which may require intermittent pool closures. Balcony access may be restricted without prior notice.***

Ocean Breeze West, directly on the gulf, is perfect for those who enjoy small complexes. The building has 47 units, a Gulf front swimming pool, and a large sun deck. Enjoy 600 ft of vacant beachfront to the east and 200 feet to the west.

The new owners, Randy and Traci, chose Ocean Breeze West as their second home because the complex is small and the beach is uncrowded. They have worked very hard to make their beach home comfortable, inviting, and top-of-the-line and are most anxious to share it with their guests.

I love Ocean Breeze West! This is our favorite place to stay because it is not a high-rise & it has empty lots on both sides, so the beach is never crowded. We've stayed at several units in this building and it is always perfect for us!
