Ocean Breeze West 303

The ocean and beach right in front of building was excellent! No street crossing. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Washer and dryer in unit was great and elevator to the 3rd floor condo was so convenient. First time to Perdido key, and we were so satisfied with the quiet location and beach access and beautiful beach, dolphins swimming by. Good restaurants within just a few miles. Love the small island, 45 speed limit to slow down. Pensacola was close and fun too, as well as orange beach ..favorites testsura ts were The Catch- Orange beach. Nicks boat house - Pensacola , The oyster Bar -orange beach. Hope to return, lovely

This condo is perfect for a relaxing pace vacation. Clean and comfortable. Right on the beach with a private section for condo guests and very family friendly atmosphere. The kitchen in this unit has all you need to cook and stay in to enjoy the beach view, and it’s close to lots of restaurants… a few within walking distance! Definitely a great place for the price. We will be back!

From booking to checkout, our stay was first rate. Excellent communication and the check in staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. We walked into the unit to lights on and ambient music playing on the televisions - nice touch! Power went out the last day there and the after hours contact was right on it. There wasn’t any details connecting to WiFi but a quick phone call and that was taken care of. Maribel had prepared our unit for us and she did a fantastic job. We would 100% stay here again!

Ocean Breeze West is a little bit down the way along Perdido Key, sitting by itself along the shore, and it suites our style perfectly! The community is friendly and quiet. The property is kept clean and our unit was furnished with style. We are repeat renters, and look forward to coming back for years to come.

This property is among the older and smaller ones there, which was built with the owner's stay in mind, although it is also a good producer in the rental market. It is situated in a prime position overlooking the water and sand. Our family rented from the sister unit, Ocean Breeze East, over a couple of decades and we have found this property to be almost identical. During our recent stay, we found the nearness of the surf and sand to be soothing to tired minds and bodies. The sturdy sliding doors in both the master bedroom and living area will let the rhythm of the surf in when desired, as well as completely silencing everything outside when desired. The balcony is a plus with this unit. It is large enough for many activities, along with being comfortable and well set up for beach observing and just hanging out. A really nice place!
