Ocean Breeze West 103

Best location ever! Everything you need within a short drive/walk, and still a peaceful beach to relax on. Excellent access from the room. Plenty of room for our family and very clean. Was a little concerned when we got the message that pest control company would be accessing all rooms to service- seeing as how I had a teenage girl that would be in the room while we were on the beach- but never saw them. Cleaning crew had to be told twice that we were checking out at 10 and not before. I wasn’t crazy about having to reiterate that to them. Be aware that they do not allow more than one parking pass and are very strict about it. Closest additional parking is a short drive (but not a short walk) and will cost 20 per 24 hr. I feel like those details should be more impressed with pricing. Additional 80 for us just to park- not an expense usually considered. Even after these few things- I hope to stay there next time we visit.

We stayed here August 2024 and over all it was a great stay. The condo was clean. The view and being so close to the beach was great.We had an issue with the master bedroom tv, but they were easy to contact and they took care of it within an hour. My only complaint is out of the 6 days we stayed,3 of the days, they had some sort of maintenance people come into the condo for checks on various things. Not a big deal but it became more of just an annoyance. We would stay here again.

We didn’t stay at the property we booked because the property management company contacted me ahead of time and said the balcony was going to be under construction, so I never stayed at Ocean Breeze, but I can’t edit that. We stayed at Sandy Key and it was great except the quality of the beds in the secondary bedroom. Very clean and kitchen was well-stocked.

I've used Perdido Realty Vacations twice and have been satisfied both times. The check-in and check-out process is easy. Their front desk staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If there is a problem with the rental, they will send someone out to fix it. Our favorite property is Ocean Breeze West.

Only one complaint guest queen bed painfully hard for a person with arthritis. Love the location of unit and convenient handicap parking.

The property was great, we really enjoyed, someone does need to check light switch in bathroom just next to dining area. Appears to have a short in it but everything else great. We will always use you guys when we go to beach.
