The condo was very cute and clean. We had the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. The balcony gave us great views of the beachfront while taking a break from the sun. The pool was also a nice option to swim in after the sunset. Loved walking on the beach every morning and eating at some of the local restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed the sounds of the waves at night. Thanks for a great stay!

This place was beautiful both inside and out! Condo was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful interior, and view from large balcony overlooking Gulf was breathtaking! Property managers/management was friendly, professional and always willing to assist, however, we had zero issues during my 3 week stay.

If you’re going to use your condo simply as a comfortable place to sleep while you spend the rest of the time on the beach, this is perfect. If you’re looking for a sprawling unit with a large kitchen and all the amenities of other resorts then you will be disappointed. It’s probably one of the oldest condos on the beach, but it was very clean. The bathrooms look recently remodeled. The beds are comfortable. And the balcony has a perfect, unobstructed view. And while the kitchen is small, it’s adequate for cooking and plenty of dishes and utensils are available. It’s very easy to get to the beach, and not very crowded because the building is relatively small and there’s not currently a property next door, so you can easily move down the shore a bit if you want space. It was very inexpensive compared to other properties for obvious reasons, but certainly worth the value. We had a smaller party and it was great. It says you can have 6 and I guess the couch does pull out, but I wouldn’t recommend doing that. The living room is pretty small and it would seem really cramped with a bed pulled out, luggage, etc. But if that’s not a concern for you then go for it.

This was our second year staying at Ocean Breeze East, and we will be back again. The property is always clean and has everything we need for a great vacation! Suggestions: Instructions on how to get the DVD player in the living room to play on the TV. Also, one large skillet in the kitchen, preferably non-stick. It's hard to pack one when traveling by air.

The unit in which I stayed appears to have been recently re-furbished, and it was beautifull, comfortable and accommodating! If I had a complaint at all, it would be about the noise during the night from the people in the unit above me. .
