Lost Key Townhomes 14330 ~ Happy Ours

Very clean and new property. We loved having the garage to park in. Comfortable beds and furniture. There were a few things lacking like an extra blanket, books, toys, that you find in other rentals that would have taken this rental from great to outstanding for our family.

This townhouse was AMAZING and matched the description exactly. It was very clean and had all the necessary essentials for the kitchen, each bathroom and laundry. There is a shuttle that runs daily and the resort is close to shops, restaurants and directly across the street from the beach. Communication with management was very smooth and responsive. I will definitely plan to stay here again!

My family and I take a summer trip every year and this year we decided to return to Florida, but only stay in one place. It was a road trip so we wanted closer to us in Texas than down in the panhandle. The home is beautiful and clean. In talking with the neighbor, the home is fairly new, and it shows. We love the location. We were right near the beach, and there were so many great places to eat. There was plenty of cookware to meet our needs, and the kitchen/dining area had more than enough room for our family of four. We loved the extra half bathroom on the second floor. The house was always nice and cool and extra cold at night, to my wife's liking. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows. We loved the standing shower in the master bathroom and plenty of room with two sinks. We loved that a shuttle took you to the pools, beach area, and back to your home. That was a nice surprise. There are lots of beaches along the main road just outside of the community with beautiful white/soft sand. Perdido Key is a nice beach area/community. (I wish people would not be so trashy on the beaches. It makes me upset that people don't pick up after themselves with such beautiful water and beaches. If I had any drawback, we could only connect a certain amount of devices to the Wifi at a time. We are a super tech family, so we realize we are not the norm. But we worked around it, so it wasn't a big deal. Thank you!

It's perfect for families. The location is nice because you're surrounded by nice food options and the beach is so close. The shuttle service is a perk that no other Condo or Town Houses offer in Perdido Key. Thank you for letting us know about the wifi issue. Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! The place is clean and comfortable felt like home. A very quick jaunt away from the most beautiful and clean beach I have ever been lucky enough to see. Highly recommend!

This was our 3rd stay at Happy Ours and can not wait to go back! This is our go to rental in Perdido Key. So clean, comfortable and homey feeling. Checkin was very easy and fast. Love how close the beach is so I can walk over sit and watch the sunrise over the ocean.

This unit is perfectly named. Happy Ours was the ideal family getaway. You can’t beat the location to the beach and activities. It was well stocked with everything we needed to have a great carefree vacation. It truly felt like home away from home. We will definitely be returning.

This was our second time staying and we loved our stay this time as much as the first. The condo is immaculate and very comfortable. We loved starting our day sitting on the screened in patio every morning with our coffee, we even saw a eagle nesting. We rode bikes, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Spent lots of time at the Beach Club enjoying the ocean, sun and sand with drinks from the on site bar. Location was close to lots of restaurants and activities. We can not wait to return and will definitely rent again.
