Overall we had a pretty good experience but the cons are difficult to not mention. 1) Lost Key requires you to have a lanyard with key card to enter many of the facilities. One of the cards that was given to us did not function properly. Management could not simply replace it and had to email a supervisor and make us wait several hours. They also give you a code to enter the property and the security guard stand, but they require you to use the actual key card and not the code. Which was extremely inconvenient.2) garage door keypad did not work upon arrival. Maintenance had to come fix. 3) guest bedroom queen bed was hard as a rock. We had to purchase a mattress topper with our own funds to bring back to the condo so we could utilize both bedrooms. 4) After coming back from beach we heard a knock at the door and it was an Orkin bug man coming to check the unit for bedbugs. This should be scheduled when the unit is unoccupied.5) although the lost key resort provides a readily reliable tram to the beach, there are no wagons allowed on the tram, which is inconvenient when you have kids who require several items at the beach. 6) guest bathroom sink cabinet fell off the hinge when first opened, the sliding glass door in the living room room that takes you to the balcony was extremely hard to shut and did not lock7)unit bedrooms need to have blackout curtain curtains installed. There is no shading8)Be aware, you have to park in sand in front of your garage. No concrete!

The house site itself was very clean! The A/C worked very well! Needed to bring ALL basics…sponge to wash dishes off, soaps, seasonings/sprays to cook with. Very limited parking at the pool and beaches. Overall, great stay!
