The condo itself was absolutely wonderful! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. We would have given this stay 5 stars based on the condo alone.Unfortunately, the elevators were a major issue. One elevator was out of service for our entire stay, and the other stopped working several times. Since we were staying on the 16th floor, we had to walk up 16 flights of stairs, which was very inconvenient.We were also disappointed with the security staff. They were not very friendly or welcoming, and their attitude made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests.Overall, the condo was amazing, but the elevator problems and the customer service from security significantly impacted our experience. We hope these issues are addressed because the property itself has so much potential.
