This location was perfect. Views from the living room and balcony were amazing! Beach was quieter than others close to us, which was a plus. We enjoyed the condo, as it was roomy and clean. We would stay here again!

This condo is perfect and you have a magnificent view from pretty much everywhere! Literally, you can sit on the commode and watch dolphins jumping haha It was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. Beds are comfy. Dishes/cups are well stocked and practical, which is a huge plus for families with children. Regular 12 cup coffee pot and keurig are both available (because we wondered). Beach chairs and toys were much appreciated. Owners were staying in the unit next door (they own 15A and 15B) and she was super nice. We plan to return.

Booked Beach Colony Resort through Perdido Realty Vacations and was very pleased with both. Samantha did a fantastic job answering questions and providing updates. The condo was super clean, comfortably furnished, well stocked and spacious4. Easy stroll down the boardwalk (no stairs) to the beach. Closet full of games for the kids too. Plenty of bath towels.The only thing we didnt see were dishcloths. My only recommendation is to offer more than one soft pillow.

Ive stayed for years at Beach Colony, different units over the years and we have loved it every time. A very family oriented resort, not too crowded and lots of amenities. This unit was fabulous!!!

The property was beautiful! Well kept, very clean and up to date. The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal and offered everything you could possibly want or need for your stay. I will book this until again for my next visit.

Our unit was one of the nicest we have stayed in. The unit offered every amenity you could think of. I especially liked that the owner had taken time to label all the light fixtures as to their use. Beautiful place.
