Description

An exclusive gated resort, Beach Colony, is located on 11 acres of fabulous beachfront with 300 SF circular balconies, two elevators, and four units per floor with semi-private entrances. With 1750 SF of living space, this 12th-floor unit is exceptional in every way.

A PERSONAL NOTE FROM THE OWNERS:

We extensively renovated our unit in April 2025. Furnishings have been updated to create an easy, comfortable ambiance. The unit features wood-look tile throughout, with beadboard wainscoting, crown molding, and plantation shutters for an authentic beach cottage feel.

All beds have new memory foam gel mattresses. The kitchen includes new cabinets, new appliances, new granite countertops, and a beachy backsplash. It is fully stocked for your use and convenience, and we've added a coffee bar with a Single Serve/Drip Pot Coffee Maker.

The dining area is unique, with seating for eight at our custom-built fold-top table, seating for 4+ in the breakfast nook, and seating for three at the breakfast bar. Our spacious living room includes all comfortable furnishings, such as a custom sectional, a 55-inch Smart LED TV with an enhanced cable package, and Roku access.

The large primary bedroom features a king-size bed, designer bedding, a 46-inch Smart LED TV with Roku and enhanced cable package, a large walk-in closet, and gorgeous Gulf-front views with sliding doors opening to a large balcony. The primary bath has been completely updated with his and her vanities, a large walk-in shower, and beautiful views of the beach from the shower and makeup table.

Guest bedroom one features two full beds and a 43-inch Smart LED TV. It has direct access to the full hall bath, which has been updated with a new tub and shower. Guest bedroom two features a king bed, a 43-inch Smart LED TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms' closets have been remodeled with an open, custom design for easy reach.

All bathrooms have been updated with raised vanities, granite countertops, new fixtures, custom shower tile, and glass enclosures.

We spend lots of time on our balcony, which offers tremendous views. We've outfitted it with tables and chairs, as well as comfortable cushioned chairs and ottomans. When you're not on the balcony or the private beach (with easy walkways to beach access), enjoy a variety of on-site amenities, including two outdoor pools, a hot tub, an indoor pool, tennis courts, a workout gym, outdoor grills, and an outdoor area to rinse off the sand.

We had the best vacation. Beach was perfect and the condo was great! The condo had 1 of everything. Very well stocked. Our only complaint was the offsite check in. They should upgrade to keyless entry. With that being said, we would still rent this place again. We loved it.

Very good

Great property. The unit was very clean and spacious. Loved that it was gated. I don’t prefer this type of check in. I didn’t like having to pick up the keys at a different location and had to drop them off. Not a big deal but have gotten used to the convenience of not doing that when renting other properties.
