Perdido Realty is always very helpful with reservations, check in and check out. The staff guides you through any questions or concerns you may have. This was the first year we took a three week vacation, all at the fabulous Windemere property. The property is well maintained, the people living there are all so very nice, and both the units we stayed in satisfied all our needs for a beach vacation. We cannot wait until 2024 and working with Perdido Realty again!!!
The staff at Perdido Realty are absolutely amazing. We always vacation with them, but last visit, we had a short notice family emergency. The owner, Valerie, actually went out of her way and took care of us personally. Within minutes, she found a four bedroom townhouse that was perfect for our needs. It even involved coordinating with other agencies. You simply do not see this level of service and commitment to customer service in todays marketplace. This speaks volumes of management and staff at Perdido Realty. We will be back, again and again!!
We rented a really nice condo in Beach Colony for several nights in October of 2023. Our unit was very clean and appointed with all items we needed for our trip. The beds were comfortable and views and balcony were amazing. We will definitely be back to Perdido Key and use Perdido Key Realty!
