During Peak Season, check in begins at 4PM CST and could be as late as 5:30 PM CST as properties become available. If you plan to arrive before this time, we cannot check you in or store your chilled groceries or other belongings until the property has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Your patience is appreciated in these circumstances. Our staff works very hard to maintain high housekeeping standards which may require extra time to accomplish.

Please register and receive keys at the PERDIDO REALTY office, 14250 Perdido Key Drive, Unit B, Pensacola, FL 32507. Look for the red brush stroke on our sign. Office hours are 9AM-5PM CST daily with seasonally extended hours during Peak Season. We close on Sundays from November 1st through mid-March.

Please notify our office in advance of arrivals after 5 PM CST. General late arrival instructions are included in your original confirmation; however some properties require specific instructions which we will send by email.

A maximum of 2 parking permits will be issued per reservation as space is limited.  Some properties have fewer parking spaces available since more recent building codes require only 1.5 spaces per unit. One Parking Permit is issued for the following vacation rental locations: Ocean Breeze East, Ocean Breeze West, Florencia, Perdido Skye, Sundown one-bedroom condos. Please display parking permits in front windshield of automobile. Unless parking is assigned, it is first-come, first-served. Parking regulations are set by Condominium Associations; therefore rental agent does not have authority to make exceptions.  No Campers, RVs, Trailers or Boats are permitted in condominium parking lots. Motorcycle parking is considered one space.

CHECK OUT TIME: 10 am Central Time

1. We realize you are on vacation, however guests should leave the property in the same general condition at Check-in which means:1. Take out the garbage. Guests in our houses, please roll the green garbage can out to the street. Roll out can on Tuesday night for Wednesday morning pickup.
2. Load and start the dishwasher.
3. Clean all cooking messes, pots, pans.
4. Refrigerator should be left clean and all food removed.
5. Leave all the beds unmade.
6. If your unit has no washer, please leave laundry stacked in unit.
7. Turn off lights, appliances and lock all doors and windows.
8. Set A/C on 76 Cool or Heat on 65 Heat.

The cleaning fee is for a standard clean only. If check out procedures are not followed and additional cleaning is required, guest credit card on file will be charged at a $25 per hour rate.

Please carefully check all drawers, closets and under beds prior to departure. Remember your phone charger. Perdido Realty will retrieve items left in units at no charge. Items will be delivered to Pack and Ship for return and will require a credit card for charges. We are not responsible for any items left behind.

Please return both sets of keys and all issued wristbands to PERDIDO REALTY’S office at departure. To insure the security of our guests and owners, locks will have to be rekeyed if both sets of keys are not returned. You will incur a $55 charge for lost keys, a $10 charge for each lost arm band, a $35 charge for each lost access card  for guests staying at Lost Key, a $10 charge for lost parking permits for guest staying at Grand Caribbean.

If PERDIDO REALTY’S office is closed, please place your keys and any wristbands in the envelope you were given at check in and place it in the locked key box located on the front of our building, to the right of our front door.
