A NOTE FROM THE OWNERS: Our family has vacationed on the beautiful Florida Northwest Coast for almost 40 years. We decided it was time to buy and enjoy sharing our love for the beach with others. We hope you will find our condo a peaceful retreat for your family. We love to watch the dolphins in the morning, ride our bikes on Johnson Beach Road and spend the afternoon sitting by the ocean with family and friends. You might even see the Navy Blue Angels fly by while practicing for their air show! Our condo is on the 2nd floor, west end of building three, which makes it quiet and easy to access everything. We rarely use the elevator! We renovated in 2019 with all-new paint, furniture, and comfy bedding. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and entertaining needs. We LOVED it and we will be back. Lovely condo. Very comfortable and well set up for 8 people. The view is wonderful and easy access to the condo makes it easy to come and go. Lots of plates, glasses and flatware. Appreciated the Keurig. Lots of lamps and lights. This is by far the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in over 25 years. And the balcony was the best ever also. Plenty of chairs and a tall table.

The property was great and a good getaway. It was great for my husband who is in a wheelchair, the bed was very comfortable. Handi-capped places are hard to find this one came pretty close.

This was our second stay at Sandy Key and we cant wait for a return trip! The unit was beautifully furnished, fully stocked with everything we needed and well maintained. The beds were also very comfortable! Sandy Key is a quieter area as opposed to some of the more crowded areas of the beach, but still close to grocery stores and restaurants. This second floor end unit was very convenient for a busy family, never having to use the elevator, getting the extra balcony, easier to find parking and the unit was very modern with a lot of extras
