Captain’s bunks built into the hallway and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area allow for extra sleeping and make Grand Caribbean an excellent value. This 700 SF ground-floor unit has a private patio with direct access to the pool and picnic area. Wood composite flooring throughout. 107 East is the ground floor, with a private patio and excellent pool access. The condo was completely remodeled recently.

Best beach vacation we have had in a very long time. We enjoyed the patio with access to the pool and short walk to the beach. Property is well maintained and has everything we needed for a restful weekend.

The condo was very clean and up to date. There wasnt an ironing board and could have been more kitchen utensils. Had a little issue with dinning room chairs. Overall our stay was great!!

Grand Caribbean 107E is one of the nicer GC units that we have stayed in. I realize that it is for sale, as it was shown 2 times during our stay, and I hope the new owner will continue to rent this property through Perdido Realty!
