Sandy Key's beaches are forever protected by the neighboring National Seashore Preserve. Sandy Key is the place for you if you prefer your walks on the beach solely in the company of the seagulls, Blue Herons, and sea shells. Sandy Key is located on 800 feet of Beach Front. This unit has 1495 SF of living area and a 200 SF beachfront balcony. Ceramic Tile throughout the Living, Dining, and Kitchen. Foyer and Baths. The bedrooms are carpeted.
A NOTE FROM THE OWNER: Thank you for checking out our vacation home. Hopefully, you will enjoy the incredible unobstructed views from our corner, top-floor unit, which is the best location in the complex! There are two balconies from the Master Bedroom and Living Room and also from the middle guest bedroom. We have a variety of books and games for kids of all ages, a TV in each room, and WiFi throughout. The kitchen has all you need to cook, with plenty of plates and glasses. After a day on the beach, relax in the stress-less style chairs, share a meal with friends and family around the large dining table, or, even better, on the spacious balcony! Relaxing is accessible here, and we invite you to our beach home to make special family memories.

This condo is amazing! It is larger than most-or at least it felt that way when we walked in. The sliding doors opened almost completely to a huge balcony with spectacular views. The bedrooms were large with balcony access from two of the rooms. The complex itself was beautifully landscaped with pools, grill area, tennis courts, and several comfy seating areas to hang out. The beach was the sugary white sand and chair rental was available. There is pizza, ice cream, and tourist shops within a 5 minute walk and some fantastic restaurants within a 5 minute drive. We had an amazing week!

Sandy Key is very nice because of the quarter mile of private beach. Since it is not a high rise property, everyone has plenty of room to set up, and enjoy the beach while not being one on top of the other.
