Ocean Breeze West is perfect for those who enjoy small complexes. The building has 47 units, a Gulf front swimming pool, and a large sun deck. This condo is located on the west end of the 4th floor with unbelievable south and west beach views. Side windows make the condo sunny and bright. There's a spacious living/dining room and really nice bar in the open kitchen. The condo has 1338 SF of living area with a prominent Gulf Front balcony from the Living Room. New luxury vinyl installed 2023 throughout the Living, Dining Room, Foyer, Kitchen, and Baths. Other 2023 improvements include new carpet in the 3 Bedrooms and new mattresses in both guest bedrooms.

The unit 406 was very nicely appointed with a beautiful view, and if the weather had been better we would have really enjoyed our stay. We love to sit on the balcony, but this trip we couldnt even do that. Without being able to go to the beach or use the pool, with three small children, our week was challenging.

We love Ocean Breeze West. Weve stayed in several Perdido Properties. This is our favorite. It is quiet and not crowded. We met several condo owners this trip and they all spoke very highly of the property and the rental company.

Our condo was clean and comfortable and well appointed. We had issues with the cable/internet but that was fixed within 24 hours of calling the office. The pool was always clean and clear and the decking was clean. The entire property was clean and well manicured. A great time was had by all. I do have just one complaint - the parking. Only allowing 1 parking permit for a unit that sleeps 8 is a bit ridiculous - how do 8 people travel in 1 vehicle unless it is a bus, which isn't permitted in the parking lot either.

We've stayed in many Perdido realty condos. This was the most well stocked kitchen! I always bring my own crockpot and griddle and this one had both. Super impressed 🙂 We've already been looking at other dates to come enjoy ocean breeze west 406 again.
